Group Class Schedule

Drop-In Group Classes include Reformer, Barre, and Mat sessions in small groups of up to four people. No need to worry about finding a workout buddy—we’ve got you covered!
Monthly pass members enjoy priority booking up to two weeks in advance.
Please note: The class schedule may be adjusted from time to time.
